Latvia Budget Travel Tips
Latvia is one of the cheapest countries to travel in Europe, especially compared to nearby Scandinavia. You really won’t spend a lot of more here unless you splash out on luxury accommodation or expensive restaurants.
If you are planning to visit on a small backpacker budget, there are lots of hostels and budget hotels with affordable rates. Free walking tours are available throughout the country, and most of the towns and cities are small so if you stay centrally you won’t even need to spend money on transport.
If you shop locally for example supermarkets instead of eating out everyday you will save a lot of money.
